Position: International Marketing Assistant

Duties: You will provide support to the delivery of the University's international marketing and communications activities and assist the International Marketing team. Your duties will include undertaking specific marketing/promotional projects including the production of publications, posters, e-communications, web and social media updates, press releases, and the marketing of events. You will be responsible for day-to-day communications and information requests through the university's social media and other digital channels, signposting to useful advice and information and ensuring fast, high-quality responses
Requirements: A relevant HND/degree or equivalent professional qualification in an appropriate discipline is essential, as is recent experience in a marketing role. Understanding the importance of internationally focussed events in relation to the International Strategy of Teesside 2020 is an essential requirement. You must have experience of working independently on specific marketing/promotional projects, also in the production of marketing collateral including web updates, social media posts and copy for a range of online and offline materials and proofreading content
