Proven experience in exempt level recruiting utilizing LinkedIn and other sources. Proven experience in successfully connecting candidates with the right opportunities. Must have considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing, and onboarding. Must have strong analytical skills and strong negotiation skills
   
Text: Job Description Newport Group has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter in our Walnut Creek, CA (Headquarters) office as a member of the talent acquisition team, The Corporate recruiter will be responsible for conducting full lifecycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for assigned searches. S/He will pre-screen and submit candidates for open positions by reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting interviews for assigned roles across the country covering 21 Newport Group office locations and growing. S/He will build quality relationships with internal customers to deeply understand hiring needs while proactively seeking out possible candidates for current job vacancies and building talent pipelines. The Corporate Recruiter will assist in the design and development of talent acquisition processes for the organization, including talent identification, candidate communications, creation of job descriptions, driving social media campaigns / communications, and reporting. S/He will have a track record of personal accountability, integrity, and attention to detail. This role includes daily management of our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure 100% data integrity.
