Position: Admin Coord/Project Coord

Duties: Under the direction of the Program Manager, assist with Center research activities focused on behavioral health scopes of practice, workforce data collection, and practice settings and characteristics of the behavioral health workforce including: completing literature reviews, assisting with survey development, participating in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, scheduling study activities, assisting with IRB applications, coordinating dissemination of study findings including through development of data visualization products, and representing the Center at conferences and meetings as needed
Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and GoogleDocs. Ability to coordinate a variety of projects and program components in a timely fashion. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse working groups and teams. Assist with developing, formatting, and editing BHWRC products including: -PowerPoint presentations -Technical reports of study findings -Peer reviewed manuscripts -Policy and research briefs -Fact sheets about the behavioral health workforce -Project proposals and funder progress reports -Quarterly newsletter Liaise with Center Consortium by setting up meetings and seeking feedback on study findings and disseminating information through the partner network. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and GoogleDocs Strong writing skills and attention to detail Ability to coordinate a variety of projects and program components in a timely fashion Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with diverse working groups and teams A commitment to contributing to a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all members of our community. Desired Qualifications* Ability to work independently and in a team setting Previous experience or familiarity with workforce issues in mental health and substance use treatment Master's degree in public health, public policy, or behavioral health field Additional Information Term limited position on sponsored project - hire date through August 31, 2018.
