Duties: This is a busy and varied role which is key to the smooth-running of our postgraduate research programmes. The postholder will be the first point of contact for our EngD ad PhD programmes, from initial enquiries through to thesis submission. This involves working closely with the Admissions and Progression Team as well as the Departmental Graduate Tutor to ensure both student and programme support is executed in accordance with UCL guidelines
Requirements: Another aspect of the role involves managing 2 CDTs (Centre for Doctoral Training) including maintaining websites and literature, promoting them, organising Summer schools and other activities for the students, carrying out all administrative tasks associated with managing CDTs and liaison with industry partners to grow potential CDT collaborations
