Position: Investment Performance Analyst

Duties: Ensure timely regular collection/delivery of quality performance data for over 400 portfolios. Gather quality explanations of portfolio performance attribution from Strategy Implementation, Local Investment Officers and external asset managers. Challenge explanations where necessary and complement the analysis with market insights. Support timely and regular delivery of a quality quarterly economic performance reports as well as the monthly economic performance sections in the global ALMIC reports and learn to interpret and explain the results to all stakeholders on request. Learn about and help using new formats, techniques and metrics to present quality investment performance and risk attribution to Senior Management
Requirements: University degree in Finance, Business or a numerical/quantitative discipline. Knowledge of financial markets and products. Knowledge of portfolios, guidelines, restrictions an advantage. Strong analytical thinking. Very hands-on with strong attention to detail. Very responsible. Organized and structured in thought and practice. Transparent working style. Deadline driven. Passionate about learning. Strong Excel skills. You will learn about advanced and innovative methods/ techniques of investment performance analysis and help develop insightful presentations of the results. You support data quality initiatives regarding the portfolio performance data and the portfolio structure. Participating in enhancing existing systems and processes also belong to your role.
