Responsibilities • Insurance Product's subject matter expert on implementation and enhancement projects of all Life insurance products and riders including leading requirement gathering. • Own and maintain complex projection tools for new product initiatives or enhancements. • Help prioritize and lead implementation of small enhancement projects. • Assist with the design of new products and riders. • Identify, analyze and work with business partners to resolve implementation and production issues. • Liaison between product development group and business partners and/or technology. • Continued progression towards obtaining Actuarial designations. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. • ASA or near ASA. • Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze data using spreadsheets/database. • Ability to understand and apply technology as it relates to the business. • Excellent communications, technical and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications • Degree in actuarial science, math, or related disciplines. • 3-5 years of experience in the life insurance industry. • Good understanding of the life insurance and financial services industries. • Experience in Excel including Visual Basic knowledge. • Aware of legal constraints and professional standards.
