Position: Lecturer - Actuarial/Financial Mathematics

Duties: As Lecturer, you will carry out research, teaching and management within the school, faculty and university and contribute to academic leadership in the field of Statistics with specific emphasis on Actuarial or Financial Mathematics. With a vision and drive to develop a prestigious internationally competitive research portfolio as well as a passion for undertaking research-led teaching you will make a significant impact on the performance, stature and profile of research and student education at the University of Leeds. It is expected that you will join the research group in Probability, Stochastic Modelling and Financial Mathematics
Requirements: You will have a PhD (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field, a proven record of teaching in a University environment, and outstanding post-doctoral research experience in a relevant subject area
