Position: IT Data Analytics Lead

Partnering with functional and business area peers across Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), the successful candidate will analyze business processes and data sources to identify improvement and automation opportunities, taking advantage of current analytics capabilities within the company to enable business partners to leverage these solutions to deliver data work products. Partnering across the enterprise, the incumbent will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, data reporting and visualization toolsets, developing and implementing data collection capabilities and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the identification of the need for the development of new analytic solutions if current solutions are inadequate.
