Locations as follows: Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Jackson, Grand Rapids, Southfield, Metro-Toledo, Flint, Lansing, Gaylord (also offered on the Spring Arbor main campus and Online). Essential Duties Summary Required Qualifications Master’s Degree required and a minimum of 18 hours graduate work within the coursework relevant to the specific content area. Experience in a post-secondary academic institution teaching non-traditional and adult students. Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Must understand and be supportive of non-traditional students and the site-based delivery system. Must be experienced and comfortable in the online learning environment and with Blackboard learning management system. Computer expertise with MS Office is required. Good organizational and word processing skills necessary. Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks, and possess good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
