Position: Lecturer of Mathematics (Non - Tenure Track) Department : Mathematics Reports to : Department Chair, Mathematics Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2017 (Renewable Two Year Appointment) Job Summary : Candidat es should have the ability, skills and experience to effectively teach a broad array of courses in Mathematics, including Pre - calculus, Calculus in One and Several Variables, Statistics, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations. The normal teaching load per academic year is twelve credits in e ach Fall and Spring semester. Qualifications: Masters ’ degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from an accredited institution at the time of application is required ; Previous college - level teaching experience with a strong teaching record in a wide range of Mathematics courses is required ; Please note that while we are commencing with recruitment efforts for this position, it is understood that hiring will be contingent on funding and enrollment.
