Aufgaben: Sie leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag im Bereich des qualitativen Risikomanagements der Versicherungsaufsicht (Corporate Governance, Risikomanagement, IKS), indem Sie bei der Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Aufsichtssystems und dessen Instrumente tatkräftig mitarbeiten und mitgestalten. Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst auch das Erarbeiten von Regulierungsgrundlagen (z.B. Rundschreiben), sowie das Beobachten und die Analyse von Umfeldentwicklungen, inkl. Risikoeinschätzungen. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen und anderen Querschnittsfunktionen innerhalb der FINMA ist dabei unerlässlich. Als Fachspezialist vertreten Sie ausserdem den Geschäftsbereich Versicherungen im Dialog mit den beaufsichtigten Instituten und nehmen an Vor-Ort-Prüfungen teil
